Welcome to Shrepy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our e-commerce platform, services, website (shrepy.com), and dashboard application (app.shrepy.com). Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Account Registration

To use Shrepy's e-commerce hosting services, you must register for a Shrepy account by providing your full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. Shrepy may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

2. Store Ownership & Content

You retain ownership over all content, products, graphics, layouts, and data you upload to your Shrepy store. However, by uploading content to your store, you grant Shrepy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, host, and display your products for the purpose of operating your e-commerce storefront.

3. Fees and Billing

You agree to pay the fees applicable to your subscription plan ("Plan Fees") and any other applicable fees, including transaction fees related to your sales volume. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Shrepy's services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. In the use of the Service, you must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws, trademark laws, and local consumer protection guidelines).

5. Limitation of Liability

Shrepy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shrepy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our hosting services.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice through our dashboard or via email prior to any new terms taking effect.
